. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, and driving sales of our products/services in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services.
Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business strategy.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Travel within the city or to other regions (if assigned Pan India responsibilities).
Eligibility Criteria:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Up to 3 years of sales experience (field sales preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (mandatory for some locations).
Willingness to travel frequently (within city or intercity depending on location).
