Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and developing strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT products/services offered by the company to communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy.
  • Face-to-face interactions help in establishing stronger and more personal relationships with clients, increasing trust and rapport.
  • Meeting preparation and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal teams.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and provide feedback on market conditions.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Only Male candidates required.
