Qualification

Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks.

Fluency in English, Odia, and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Conduct household surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions with participants.

Ensure accurate and ethical collection of quantitative and qualitative data.

Maintain field notes and daily data reporting.

Assist with coordination between the research team and local stakeholders.

Support initial data cleaning and entry.
