Title: Field Interviewer (Surveyor)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct social and political surveys as per the questionnaire provided by meeting people door to door and capture precise data on tablet provided by organization.
2. Complete a set target of 30 surveys/interviews per day, which can be achieved by taking 3-4 interviews per hour.
3. Good communication skills to approach respondents as per dossier (project plan) to conduct interviews.
4. Need to brief about the company's survey purpose and probe respondents to gauge their ideas and issues.
5. Should be available on the field as per the project timelines scheduled by the Operations team.
6. Should go through the dossier (project plan) for thorough understanding of all rules and regulations.
7. Should follow the team leader and maintain friendly behavior with team members.
Requirements

• Good quality survey to be conducted by avoiding skipping questions, selecting wrong options, or filling fake interviews.

• No bad habits like smoking, alcohol, tobacco, gutkha, etc.

• Polite behavior towards the general audience even when they do not wish to interview.

• Should be presentable during work hours

• No personal calls and WhatsApp usage during survey

• Sincere and adaptable as per job requirements.

Note: You are required to work anywhere in the entire state or other states as per language preference. In case of travel to locations other than your hometown, hotel accommodation, daily food costs, and travel vehicle will be provided by the company.
