Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Field Internship role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, support troubleshooting to address customer issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding for new users. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service tasks and gathering feedback to improve the platform's functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
Should have Strong Communication skill in English and Hindi
Good Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset to support troubleshooting efforts
Experience in delivering Training sessions and guiding users effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
Proactiveness and adaptability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative community management solutions
