Job Title: Field Intern JD (Faridabad)

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Work Mode: On-ground, Part-time (on-ground travel will not be required after 4 pm;

other coordination is Work From Home).

Compensation: INR 5,000 - 6,000 per month

What's exciting about this role?



As a Field Intern, you'll be at the heart of the

GenAI Naari Faridabad program

, making sure it runs smoothly on the ground. You will help drive the program's effectiveness by coordinating sessions, supporting trainers, tracking attendance and learner progress, and ensuring every detail is managed well.

This role gives you a front-row seat to see impact in action watching young women learn, grow, and apply GenAI tools in their lives. Your efforts in organizing, troubleshooting, and engaging with learners will directly shape the success of the program.

Background

Experience: in the NGO / Education sector in Admin / Teaching / Operations / Field Partnerships

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.?.?

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.? Has interest and experience in Operations and Admin.

Based in:

Faridabad and willing to travel to field locations.

Language Proficiency:

English & Hindi
Your Core Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate attendance records and handle related administrative tasks.

Program Documentation:

Capture and organize videos, photos, and other media from sessions and activities for program visibility.

Program Support:

Provide back-end support to the Program Manager in day-to-day coordination and execution of the GenAI Naari Faridabad program.
