Insurance Claim Executives
to join our team. The role involves handling insurance claim processes, verifying documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth claim settlement in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build their career in finance and insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients/customers to collect, verify, and process claim-related documents.
Assist customers in understanding claim procedures and resolve their queries.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for claim settlement.
Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding claim status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: Fresher to 1 year (training will be provided).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance/finance will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within East Delhi & Ghaziabad (field role).
Own vehicle preferred (conveyance reimbursement as per company policy).
