Position:

Home-Based Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time)

Location:

Mumbai (Andheri, Bandra, Powai, Chembur, Dadar, Thane, Navi Mumbai & surrounding areas)

The Role: What You'll Do

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator, you will conduct engaging, screen-free and activity-based learning sessions for children aged 0-6 at their homes. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting 30-45 minute 1:1 sessions using a structured curriculum Building a warm and trusting relationship with young children Providing short verbal feedback to parents after each session Recording attendance and session notes through a mobile app Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and care in all interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 21-45 years Graduate (any stream); ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi Minimum 6 months experience with children (professional/personal) Comfortable travelling locally Clean background; open to police verification

Schedule & Format

Part-time / Freelance / Flexible hours Choose your availability (weekdays, weekends, or both) Expected sessions: 1-3 per day, depending on location & availability Mandatory training & certification (1-week online + demo session)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
