Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate

Preschool Teacher

to provide

home-based tutoring

for young learners. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, strong communication skills, and experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions at students' homes. Create lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood learning goals. Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and learning outcomes. Incorporate play-based and experiential learning techniques. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism during home visits.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and working with young children. Ability to travel for home tutoring sessions within assigned areas.
