1 - 2 years (Preschool teaching or home tutoring experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing

Preschool Teacher

to provide

home-based tutoring

for young children in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in early childhood education, be patient, creative, and capable of making learning fun and engaging for preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct home tutoring sessions for preschool-aged children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities to enhance cognitive, social, and motor skills. Assess each child's learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Develop creative educational activities such as storytelling, games, and art & craft. Address individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans. Collaborate with parents to provide guidance on child development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of early childhood education principles. ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred. Patience, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to design engaging learning activities for young children. Good communication skills to interact with parents and children effectively. Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
