The Hiring Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff such as housekeeping, security guards, and other support staff. The role involves ensuring timely deployment of manpower as per client or site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions (housekeeping, security, office boys, technicians, etc.).
Coordinate with site supervisors and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, referrals, local vendors, and labor contractors.
Screen candidates and ensure they meet job and compliance requirements.
Conduct interviews and assist in final selection and onboarding.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with HR and admin teams for documentation, ID cards, and joining formalities.
Ensure proper verification of candidates (background check, ID proof, police verification, etc.).
Track attendance and joining status of newly recruited staff.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of all open positions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Diploma in any field.
min. 2 years of experience in blue-collar hiring (facility management, security agency, housekeeping, or manpower supply company).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong networking in local labor markets.
Familiar with documentation and compliance related to manpower hiring.
