Key Responsibilities
Hospital Partnerships:
Identify and build strategic alliances with hospitals to promote Emoha's home care offerings.
Doctor Engagement:
Activate channels and develop relationships with doctors and specialists to generate leads.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify leads from hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.
Networking:
Use your healthcare network to expand Emoha's reach.
Sales & Marketing:
Implement targeted outreach strategies within the healthcare space.
Relationship Management:
Nurture long-term connections with key decision-makers.
Market Research:
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Training & Education:
Educate healthcare professionals on Emoha's offerings.
Performance Tracking:
Track KPIs related to business growth and partnership success.
Reporting:
Share timely updates and reports on activities and achievements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in healthcare or pharma)
Proven success in partnerships and lead generation
Strong healthcare industry network
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, ethical, and customer-focused
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Sensitivity when communicating with elders and families
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field or an y bachelors degree
