Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mineral exploration sites independently Oversee and monitor core drilling operations Handle field teams and ensure smooth on-site coordination Maintain effective client liaison and communication Manage inventory, tools, and field supplies Achieve monthly drilling targets (Minimum 200 metres per hole for large projects)

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of exploration processes Hands-on experience with drilling operations Ability to lead field teams in remote project locations Good documentation & reporting skills Problem-solving attitude with on-ground decision-making ability

Education Required:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology / Earth Sciences Additional certifications in Mineral Exploration or Drilling Operations will be an advantage

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
