Position: Field Facilitator

Location:

Tinsukia District, Assam

Type:

Full-time |

Duration:

12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

a) Primary data collection.

b) Maintain regular communication and coordination with the designated point of contact.

c) Conduct and assist in awareness and training sessions.

d) Mobilize community members and maintain participant records.

e) Support trainers and coordinate field logistics.

f) Manage and maintain field-level inventory and materials, and coordinate with vendors for timely supply and replenishment.

g) Prepare activity reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

a) Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Women Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Education, or related field.

b) 1-2 years of experience in field facilitation or community-based programmes.

c) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

d) Good computer proficiency (MS Office, digital documentation, online reporting).

e) Familiarity with local communities and ability to speak Assamese/local dialects.

f) Ability to travel daily within assigned areas.

Remuneration:

Will be based on qualifications and relevant field experience.
