Scope of Work



To facilitate the Skills Learning & Development Process of the beneficiaries by delivering the program objectives

Job Responsibilities:



Program Planning:



Understand the implementation of last year's plan and suggest improvements to Team Leader Contribute to the development of the current year's plan with preparation of Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly / Annual Plan Contribute with inputs for the Budget Plan Contribute to plan for Trainings & Activities to be conducted in schools

Trainings Management:



Coordinate with Principals, Obtain Permissions and contact school staff & beneficiaries to conduct Trainings Conduct Orientation for Beneficiaries at the beginning of every Skills Training Course Select the beneficiaries who are eligible for the Skills Training and assign them to batches Observe the Trainer's delivery methodology of Training, during the Skills Training and to review if Beneficiaries are facing issues in understanding the subject. In case of difficulties identified, to suggest modifications in the Training methodology / Training material to the Trainer Review the Mid-term & final Skills course examination paper (created by the Trainer), before administering to beneficiaries Follow-up with the attendance of beneficiaries, who are absent for Skills Training Sessions Maintain rapport with beneficiaries and provide assistance to them as required in order to successfully complete the Skills Training Handhold beneficiaries to consistently guide them in their career path Ensure that Training material is distributed prior to the scheduled Trainings Invite beneficiaries for new Training workshops Coordinate for conducting the Financial Literacy sessions for the Beneficiaries to guide them in Financial planning Conduct SBF's Child Protection Policy Training for beneficiaries & Trainers Facilitate the Skills Training Scholarships for beneficiaries who score above 80% in Courses Facilitate the Annual National Science Day Training Facilitate the Annual Yuva Mahotsav Training for beneficiaries

Activities Management:



Ensure that material required for specific Activities, are distributed prior to the scheduled Activities Facilitate the beneficiaries' Skills Institutional visit / Industry Field Visits to enhance the knowledge of the beneficiaries [offline mode] Facilitate the assignment of Skills Projects to beneficiaries and oversee the completion & submission of the same [online mode] Encourage Beneficiaries to search for their respective Skills oriented Videos to improve their understanding of the Skills subject Facilitate the Annual National Science Day Training Activities work - showcasing / highlighting beneficiaries Project Activities during exhibition Facilitate the Annual Yuva Mahotsav day activities and ensure that the beneficiaries' Project work is highlighted during the event

Data Management:



Maintain the attendance records of beneficiaries Maintain school-wise Training data of respective Training sessions conducted Maintain school-wise Activities data of respective Activities sessions conducted Maintain School information (school names, Principal & staff contact information) and update the same regularly Maintain Trainers' data and update the same regularly Maintain data of Beneficiaries' earnings (current beneficiaries & Alumni of last 2 years) Manage and update Beneficiaries' earnings Trends

Reports & Documentation:



Prepare Skills Report for every school where Trainings have been conducted and submit to Team Leader Prepare Case Study Reports / documentation of beneficiaries who excel in Skills, after completing the Skills Training Courses from SBF Contribute to Team Leader's report w.r.t the progression of Beneficiaries' earnings trends Prepare and submit Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly / Annual Reports to Team Leader

Qualification and Experience



Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream with good rapport building skills with children & teens in the age group of 12 to 18 years

Competencies



Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving ability, Good Verbal and Written Communication skills

Skills and Knowledge



Any previous relevant work experience working in the Social Development sector in the Education / Health sectors is preferable

Compensation



As per Industry Standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
