Founded in 2017 as a Section 8 non-profit headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, Surge Impact Foundation has built one of the largest impact ecosystems in the region. Our work reaches communities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh -- including some of the most remote areas.

We're Hiring: Field Executives (Full-Time, Paid)

We're looking for committed individuals to join our team and support our environment-focused programs across institutions and communities. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainability and waste management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a field-based role (any sector) Passion for environmental work and community engagement
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with institutions to plan and deliver waste awareness activities Mobilize participants and lead orientation sessions Support dry waste collection drives with partner organizations Document activities and assist with field-level reporting Contribute to source segregation and community waste management initiatives
