Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Field Boy / Field Executive is responsible for essential field operations, ensuring the smooth and secure transport of jewellery items, documents, and other materials between the office/showroom, vendors, and clients. This role requires reliability, strong time management, and a high level of integrity.Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Pickups:
Safely and punctually deliver jewellery items, packages, and important documents to vendors, clients, and various locations.
Documentation:
Collect necessary documentation, signatures, and payments (if applicable) during pickups and deliveries, maintaining accurate records and logs of all transactions.
Logistics Support:
Assist with the packaging, unpacking, and handling of jewellery items, ensuring all pieces are accounted for and securely transported.
Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with showroom staff, back-office executives, and supervisors to manage delivery schedules and timely completion of tasks.
Errands & General Support:
Perform various office and field-related errands as assigned, such as depositing cash/cheques in banks or assisting with event setup.
Security & Safety:
Adhere strictly to company security procedures for handling valuable items, reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience in a delivery, field operations, or a similar role is preferred, ideally within the jewellery or a related industry.
Reliability:
Punctuality, honesty, and a professional work ethic are essential when handling high-value goods.
Mobility:
Ability to travel extensively and physically perform manual tasks such as carrying packages. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
Communication:
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Navigation:
Strong navigational skills and familiarity with local areas to ensure efficient routing.

Pay: ?15,345.42 - ?25,000.77 per month
