Role Overview

We are looking for motivated

Field Executives

to conduct

KYC verification

of existing Kotak Mahindra Bank customers and assist new customers with

Kotak 811 account openings

. This is a

field-based, commission-driven role

with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers' locations to complete

KYC (Know Your Customer)

processes. Collect and verify required documents such as

Aadhaar Card

and

PAN Card

. Assist customers in opening new

Kotak 811 digital savings accounts

. Ensure accuracy of documents and provide excellent customer service. Maintain daily reporting of completed KYCs and new account openings.

Eligibility Criteria

Must own a

bike/two-wheeler

for field travel. Must possess a valid

Aadhaar Card

and

PAN Card

. Minimum education:

10th pass

or above. Good communication skills and punctuality. Smartphone required for KYC and account opening process.

Earnings / Commission Structure

?200 per completed KYC

?400 per new Kotak 811 account opening

Higher earnings possible based on daily/monthly performance.
