Job Title: Field Executive - Restaurant Onboarding

Upwards and Emerging is looking for dynamic Field Executives to support its ongoing project in Delhi NCR. The role involves visiting restaurants, onboarding them to the platform, and maintaining good relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit restaurants across the assigned territory

Onboard outlets as per project requirements

Maintain daily reporting and communication with the team

Build and maintain strong retailer/restaurant relationships

Requirements:

Age: 23-27 years

Experience: 1-3 years in field sales/retailer handling

Language: Proficiency in Hindi; basic English required

Two-wheeler: Preferred (added advantage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel within territory

Compensation:

?20,000 per month (fixed remuneration)

Attractive incentives up to ?15,000 per month
