Role Objective:

We are hiring a proactive Field Executive to support student mobilization efforts under a government initiative. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong local knowledge and a commitment to social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential students through field visits and community outreach Clearly communicate the objectives and benefits of the government project Build rapport with students, parents, and local influencers Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and student interest Act as a responsible representative of the organization in public interactions Share field insights and progress reports with the management team

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Persuasive and confident in public interactions Honest, ethical, and socially responsible Familiarity with local geography and community structures
