We are now expanding our footprint to Hyderabad, with operations commencing from 1st September 2025.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Field Executive to handle the pickup and drop-off of Apple devices across Hyderabad. As the face of iFix India, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless service experience, ensuring safe handling of devices with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and deliver Apple devices from customer locations to our service centers and vice versa

Ensure devices are handled with utmost care and delivered on time

Communicate politely and clearly with customers during pickup/drop

Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries

Coordinate with store managers and the logistics team for route planning and task execution

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Hyderabad's localities and traffic routes

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and punctuality

Work Schedule

6 days working

Rotational week off

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 (commensurate with experience and skillset)

Incentives: ?3,000 - ?10,000 (performance-based)
