About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven

Female Field Executive

to support on-ground hiring of service partners for a new priority category at Urban Company. The role involves identifying and onboarding women from local communities who are interested in service-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit neighborhoods to scout and hire women service providers Explain partnership benefits and guide them through the registration process Assist with onboarding, documentation, and app training Build rapport within communities to ensure consistent hiring Maintain daily hiring records and share reports

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred

Must know

Telugu and Hindi

Comfortable with local travel (scooty preferred, not mandatory) Good communication skills Experience in field sales or recruitment is a plus Smartphone usage familiarity
