Role and Responsibilities
As a Field Executive, you will be the vital link between our design team, architects, and on-site execution teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Site Visits:
Regularly visit various project sites to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure work aligns with design specifications.
Measurements:
Conduct accurate on-site measurements of spaces and existing structures to support design development and project planning.
Architect Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for architects, coordinating meetings, relaying feedback, and ensuring seamless communication regarding project requirements and changes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of site activities, measurements, and communications. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all on-site work adheres to company standards, safety regulations, and architectural plans.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify potential issues on-site and collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the architecture, construction, or interior design industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in taking accurate site measurements and basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders (architects, labor, management).
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites within the designated area. A valid driver's license/reliable transportation may be required.
Education:
A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
