About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities on the ground. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and driving brand awareness in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing field marketing campaigns and promotions Represent the company at events, trade shows, and retail locations Conduct direct customer interactions and gather feedback Distribute marketing materials and product samples Help coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign success Collect and report data on customer response and market trends Support local store merchandising and product displays

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and work on-site at different locations Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to handle physical activities such as setting up displays Familiarity with MS Office and mobile technology is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
