The Field Executive is responsible for representing the institution in external engagements, promoting its academic programs, and supporting outreach and admissions activities. This role involves visiting schools, organizations, and communities to generate awareness, build relationships, and drive student enrollment. The Field Executive acts as a bridge between the institution and prospective students, parents, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach and Promotion
Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and community organizations to promote the institution's courses and programs.
Distribute promotional materials and provide detailed information about admission procedures, facilities, and academic offerings.
Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and events to represent the institution.
2. Admissions Support
Generate leads and follow up with prospective students and parents.
Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
Assist with counseling sessions and guide students through the application process.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, counselors, and other stakeholders.
Develop partnerships for student referrals, internships, or outreach activities.
4. Market Research and Reporting
Collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and partner institutions.
Conduct field surveys to understand market trends and competitors' activities.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on field visits, inquiries, and outcomes.
5. Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of institutional events such as open houses, admission drives, workshops, and seminars.
Coordinate logistics for outdoor events and promotional activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, admissions, or educational outreach (fresh graduates with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
