Job Title: Industrial Supply & Leasing Executive

Job Summary:



The Industrial Leasing Executive will be responsible for leasing industrial and warehouse properties to clients by understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable properties, and facilitating negotiations. The role involves client relationship management, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:



u Identify and maintain a

database of available warehouse properties

suitable for client needs.

u Identify potential clients and understand their

industrial or warehouse space requirements

.

u Schedule and conduct

site visits

for clients, showcasing suitable properties.

u Provide

consultation and advice

to clients on property options, pricing, and location benefits.

u Negotiate lease terms and conditions in coordination with legal and management teams.

u Maintain and update

property listings, availability, and client database

.

u Conduct

market research

to stay updated on industrial property trends, availability, and rental rates.

u Collaborate with

internal teams

(legal, operations, development) to ensure smooth closure of leasing deals.

u Follow up with client's post-visit and maintain

strong client relationships

for repeat business.

u Prepare reports on leasing activities, client interactions, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:



u Bachelor's degree in

Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field

.

u

2-5 years of experience

in industrial real estate, warehouse leasing, or property sales.

u Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

.

u Knowledge of industrial property markets and warehouse operations preferred.

u Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

u Proficiency in

MS Office

and CRM tools for tracking leads and properties.

u Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
