Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, manage, and support dealer and distributor networks. Conduct dealer visits and ensure continuous business engagement. Provide product training and marketing support to channel partners. Negotiate and finalize orders with dealers. Achieve dealer sales targets and maintain strong dealer satisfaction. Report dealer performance and market trends to the management team. Identify and pursue industrial/project sales opportunities. Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations. Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored automation solutions. Ensure achievement of sales targets and regular follow-ups. Maintain strong client relationships and handle post-sales support. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

Key Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 0-3 years of field sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills may apply. Knowledge of automation/security systems is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for project clients. Freshers can also apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
