We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Executive to represent our company and its products to a diverse customer base. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits and showcasing our product line directly to clients. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:
Travel to client locations using a company-provided vehicle to meet with potential and existing customers.
Product Demonstration:
Carry and present product samples, providing detailed explanations and answering customer questions effectively.
Sales and Promotion:
Actively promote company products, highlight their features and benefits, and drive sales to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting:
Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
Work Details:
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Compensation:
This role includes a competitive salary plus attractive incentives based on sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a field sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
A valid driver's license is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
