Leadership:

Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve goals.

Communication:

Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.

Sales Planning:

Developing and executing strategic sales plans, including goal setting and forecasting.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and fostering loyalty.

Problem-solving:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise in the sales process.

Analytical Skills:

Analyzing sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Negotiation Skills:

Negotiating deals and contracts with customers.

Team Coaching:

Providing feedback, training, and development to sales representatives.

Market Knowledge:

Understanding the local market dynamics and competitor landscape.
