The Field Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for visiting businesses to identify prospects, engage with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and pitch the company's CRM solutions. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, scheduling demos or meetings for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams, making it ideal for proactive, target-driven individuals who enjoy fieldwork and client interaction.
What you will do:
Visit businesses and generate qualified leads
Identify decision-makers and pitch our CRM solution
Schedule demos / meetings for the sales team
Collect contact details, business needs, and qualify leads.
Maintain lead records and update in CRM.
Coordinate with the internal sales team for proposal sharing and closures.
Represent the company professionally during onsite interactions.
