Key Responsibilities:
Visit
RTO offices, banks, and clients
for document submission, verification, and collection.
Ensure timely completion of vehicle-related formalities such as
RC transfer, hypothecation, and loan closure documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for document updates and status tracking.
Maintain proper records of documents collected and submitted.
Handle basic customer queries or clarifications during field visits.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.
Deliver and collect documents from customers or institutions as required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Must possess a
two-wheeler and valid driving license
Basic understanding of
vehicle documentation or banking processes
is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Should be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
