Key Responsibilities:



Source clients through channel partners, referrals, and cold calling. Call, qualify leads, and understand client requirements. Arrange and follow up on site visits. Present projects, pricing, and payment plans to clients. Follow up to close deals and achieve sales targets. Maintain lead and sales data in CRM.

Requirements:



Target-driven with ability to manage site visits. Fresher and Graduate in any discipline Willing to travel for fieldwork Strong interest in real estate sales and sourcing Basic Communication Skills Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
