Field Marketing Executives

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field marketing activities to promote and sell company spices products. Identify new market opportunities, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Organize product demonstrations, sampling, and brand promotion campaigns. Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability in the assigned territory. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of field sales/marketing experience (FMCG/Spices industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively. Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships. Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
