A Field Executive person (RM) will be responsible to onboard the drivers for Corporate Cab Company and to resolve the queries of the drivers. He has to build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate cabs drivers by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, addressing their concerns and driving their engagement to ensure consistent service quality and high utilization on the platform. He should be ready to do Field work B2B Sales, Direct public dealing, Direct Sales, Open Field Sales in the market by doing 1 to 1 meetings with Drivers to onboard cab drivers as much as he can. The person should have own Bike and have a Valid Driving License. He should have to work within the Tricity and must have the good understanding and knowledge of the Geographical locations of nearby areas such as Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Kharar etc.
