Team Leadership ? Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (5-10 members). ? Set daily/weekly targets and ensure individual/team goal achievement. ? Monitor performance and support the team with field visits and coaching. ? Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and skill development sessions.
Sales Execution ?
Drive regional sales strategies to on-board hostels and co-living spaces. ? Consistently achieve monthly regional sales targets. ? Travel extensively across assigned cities to boost sales and strengthen relationships. ? Build and maintain partnerships with hostel operators, PGs, and co-living businesses. Reporting & Coordination ? Maintain accurate CRM data and submit weekly/monthly performance reports. ? Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding, client support, and feedback. ? Provide market insights to improve product fit and sales strategies.
