Bharat Medical Hall, a reputed pharmacy and polyclinic based in Baripada, Odisha, is looking for a

reliable individual in Bhubaneswar

to assist with

local procurement of medicines

. This is a

freelance, field-based role

ideal for someone who is trustworthy, organized, and familiar with the medical or pharmacy field.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive prescription orders via WhatsApp or phone. Visit local pharmacies in Bhubaneswar to procure prescribed medicines

not available through our usual stockists

. Ensure proper billing with GST invoice and negotiate applicable discounts. Send the medicines to Baripada through daily buses or hand over to our connected stockists. Maintain records of purchases, bills, and dispatch status. Coordinate effectively with our Baripada team for timely updates and dispatches.

Candidate Requirements:

. Must have a

smartphone with WhatsApp

. Able to

travel locally within Bhubaneswar

. Prior experience in pharmacy/medical field is preferred but not mandatory. Should be

punctual, honest, and dependable

. Available on-call during working hours (no fixed duty hours).
