Responsible for managing on-site facility operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and efficient manpower deployment. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor coordination, and leadership to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Deployment
Assess daily operational requirements and allocate manpower accordingly.
Coordinate with HR and vendors for timely availability of staff.
Maintain attendance records and ensure shift scheduling efficiency.
On-Site Operations Management
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and timely completion of tasks.
Vendor & Resource Coordination
Liaise with service providers for manpower supply and quality assurance.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance & Safety
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower utilization and operational performance.
Maintain accurate records for compliance and payroll processing.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
Address client queries and ensure service satisfaction.
Provide timely updates on manpower and operational status.
Qualifications
Graduate any stream.
2-5 years of experience in manpower planning and facility operations.
Knowledge of
