Field Executive (Onboarding) - Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants/partners as per project requirements Explain onboarding process, documents, and benefits clearly to merchants Assist merchants in completing registration and verification steps Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding Maintain accurate records of onboarded merchants and daily progress Resolve basic queries related to onboarding and account activation Ensure all onboarding activities follow company and partner guidelines Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets assigned by the company Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager
