The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting Ayurvedic healthcare products, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective sales operations within the assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and distributors.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Actively engage with potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic healthcare products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and submit regular reports to the sales manager.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Travel: Visit clients, distributors, and attend industry events as required.
### Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
