Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Collection Executive / Field Executive to manage loan repayment follow-ups, field visits, and customer coordination. The role involves ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the credit and recovery process for our loan and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers for loan repayment follow-ups and collections Educate customers on repayment schedules, penalties, and loan terms Collect EMI payments, receipts, and required documentation Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams for NACH, cheque bounce cases, and settlement plans Track overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions as per company policy Verify customer addresses, business locations, and KYC documentation Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues related to payments Submit daily reports on collection status and field activities Assist in legal and recovery processes when required (e.g., notices, repossession coordination)

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills Persuasive and confident in handling customers Knowledge of loan processes and basic finance terms Ability to work independently in the field Customer service orientation Basic computer and mobile app usage skills

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate preferred / Diploma or ITI can also apply Experience in Collections / Field Sales / NBFC / Banking preferred Two-wheeler and valid driving license
