Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

paint shop/site operations

, ensuring smooth execution of painting works. Coordinate with

contractors, supervisors, and workers

for timely completion of tasks. Ensure proper

surface preparation, primer application, and finishing

as per specifications. Conduct

site inspections

to check quality, adherence to BOQ/specifications, and workmanship. Maintain

inventory of paint materials, tools, and consumables

at site. Monitor

health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices

at the site. Address client queries, resolve site issues, and ensure

customer satisfaction

. Submit

daily progress reports, site photos, and documentation

to management. Assist in

training site workers

on paint application techniques and safety guidelines. Ensure cost control, wastage reduction, and efficient utilization of resources.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Paint Technology OR relevant experience.

2-4 years of experience

in paint shop/site execution (industrial or residential projects). Knowledge of

paint systems (primer, topcoat, waterproofing, protective coatings, etc.)

. Familiarity with

application techniques

(brush, roller, spray, powder coating). Strong communication and people management skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,722.08 per month
