COLLECTION EXECUTIVES

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Minimum 1 years experience in Chits/NBFC/Banking

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing timely service.

Initiate contact with customers who have overdue accounts to remind them of their payment obligations.

Discuss and negotiate payment plans or arrangements with customers to facilitate timely payment.

Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding billing or payment issues.

Age should be in between 22 - 38 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
