Field Executive Officer

to support our

franchise expansion and product sales

. This is a field-focused role ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential franchise partners and distributors Present franchise opportunities, business models, ROI, and brand benefits Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and sales targets Conduct client meetings, field visits, and follow-ups to close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and operational support Maintain lead databases, meeting logs, and sales reports Participate in exhibitions, events, and local promotional activities Provide post-sales and relationship support to franchise partners

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in franchise sales, field sales, or business development (FMCG / Food & Beverage industry preferred)*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Languages preferred: English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel for business

Education

PUC / Any Graduation
