Job Description

A Field Executive for a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) project is responsible for the on-the-ground implementation of the program. This primarily involves mobilizing candidates, managing fieldwork logistics, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring the smooth execution of the assessment process in local communities or workplaces.

Candidate mobilization and enrollment:

Conduct outreach in target communities to inform potential candidates about the RPL scheme and its benefits.

Verification and pre-screening:

Perform initial candidate screening to ensure eligibility based on the Sector Skill Council's (SSC) criteria and Qualification Pack (QP) requirements. This involves collecting and verifying identification documents, such as an Aadhaar card.

Documentation and data management:

Assist candidates in gathering the necessary documentation to create a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) that showcases their prior learning and experience.

Field operations management:

Oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project scope and timelines are adhered to.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
