The Field Executive is responsible for on-ground execution of company activities, including client visits, distributor coordination, order collection, market feedback, and support to sales and operations. The role requires regular travel to assigned territories to ensure smooth implementation of company plans and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers, distributors, dealers, or project sites regularly
Promote company products and explain features, specifications, and benefits
Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) for order execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure proper product display, branding, and compliance at dealer locations
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports and submit to management
Achieve assigned sales, coverage, and collection targets
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Business, Engineering, or relevant field)
1-3 years of experience in field sales or operations (manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Valid two-wheeler license (mandatory); four-wheeler license is an advantage
