Job Mission

Your mission is to make Hoora a household name in Nagpur. You will own the brand's physical presence, driving customer acquisition through high-impact ground activations, BTL (Below-The-Line) activities, and strategic local partnerships. You are responsible for turning "visibility" into "service bookings."

Key Responsibilities

1. Ground Activations & BTL Strategy

? Society & Corporate Tie-ups: Plan and execute weekend "service camps" in residential societies, tech parks, and corporate hubs to drive immediate sign-ups.

? Events & Malls: Organize and manage stalls/displays in high-footfall areas like malls and petrol pumps to demonstrate Hoora's value proposition.

? Collateral Management: Oversee the design, printing, and distribution of physical assets--flyers, banners, standees, and "doorstep hangers."

2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

? Local Ecosystem: Build relationships with local car dealerships, multi-brand garages, insurance agents, and spare-parts retailers for cross-promotional activities.

? Vendor Management: Identify and manage high-quality printers, fabricators, and event agencies to ensure timely execution within budget.

3. Brand Visibility & Standardization

? Fleet Branding: Ensure every Hoora service vehicle and personnel on the road acts as a mobile billboard, maintaining strict brand hygiene.

? Visual Merchandising: Own the branding at physical touchpoints and partner outlets to ensure a premium look and feel.

4. ROI & Performance Tracking

? Lead Tracking: Implement mechanisms (QR codes, unique promo codes) to track the ROI of every offline activity.

? Data Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Founder on lead generation costs (CAC) from offline channels versus online performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

? Experience (Mandatory): 3-6 years in Offline Marketing or Field Sales, ideally within Automotive, FMCG, Telecom, or On-demand Services (Uber, Zomato, etc.).

? Local Expertise: Deep understanding of Nagpur's geography, demographics, and high-traction zones.

? Hustle & Ownership: A "feet-on-the-street" mindset. You are comfortable being on the field 70% of the time to ensure campaigns are executed perfectly.

? Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with vendors and secure prime spots in societies/malls at the best possible rates.

? Analytical Mindset: While the work is offline, the thinking must be data-driven. You must understand how offline activities impact the digital funnel.

? Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi to effectively communicate with local vendors, promoters, and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
