The Field Executive is responsible for carrying out on-site tasks, coordinating field operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of company activities at various locations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to clients, vendors, and partners as assigned.
Collect, verify, and submit required documents or information.
Assist in onboarding customers, merchants, and partners by providing necessary support.
Ensure proper follow-up on assigned tasks and provide timely updates to the management.
Resolve basic customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate team when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless field operations.
Promote company services and maintain positive customer relationships.
Maintain daily activity reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle cash or documents responsibly (if applicable).
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license with Helmet.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage field tasks efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools.
Professional attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 Am to 7 Pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
