We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, building relationships, and driving sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting meetings, and ensuring a smooth process from client onboarding to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients (architects, interior designers, and decision-makers).
Maintain and update client databases with accurate records of leads and interactions.
Schedule and conduct meetings including new client meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and product presentations.
Draft and send timely communication (emails, proposals, updates) to clients.
Support order closure by coordinating with senior team members and gradually handling closures independently.
Ensure smooth after-sales coordination with clients and internal teams regarding documentation, payments, and support queries.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in business development/sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to spend significant time in client-facing meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and LinkedIn research is a plus.
