Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible

Field Worker

to perform on-site tasks, provide support in field operations, and ensure smooth execution of assigned duties. The role requires travel to various locations, interaction with clients or customers, and timely completion of fieldwork-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field visits according to assigned routes, schedules, or project plans. Conduct inspections, installations, maintenance, or data collection, depending on the nature of the work. Coordinate with the team or supervisor to report progress, issues, or delays. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during field operations. Accurately record and submit reports, findings, or documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, customers, or local authorities if needed. Handle tools, equipment, or devices used for field operations with care. Identify and resolve on-site issues or escalate them to the supervisor. Maintain logs of daily tasks and submit timely updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus. Previous experience in fieldwork or related area preferred. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varying weather or site conditions. Strong observational, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks if required. Basic knowledge of smartphones, GPS devices, or field-related tools.
