Job Description

1. Property Recovery:
- Recover possession of properties from defaulting tenants or owners
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition
- Develop and implement recovery strategies
2. Eviction Management:
- Manage the eviction process, including serving notices and filing lawsuits
- Coordinate with law enforcement and locksmiths for property takeovers
3. Dispute Resolution:
- Handle property-related disputes, including negotiations and mediations
- Resolve issues with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders
4. Property Maintenance:
- Ensure properties are secure, safe, and well-maintained
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
